By accessing our website at aisolutionsvip.com or purchasing any service from AI Solutions VIP, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
AI Solutions VIP provides AI-powered concierge solutions including but not limited to voice agents, chat agents, SMS support, lead capture systems, knowledge base development, and related automation services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
As a client of AI Solutions VIP, you agree to:
Setup fees are due prior to the commencement of work. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due by more than 10 business days. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
Our Property: All proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to build your AI solutions remain the intellectual property of AI Solutions VIP, LLC.
Your Property: All content, knowledge base information, brand assets, and business-specific data you provide remain your intellectual property. Upon full payment and termination of services, you retain rights to the content of your knowledge base and system prompts.
Work Product: Custom-built agent configurations, prompt frameworks, and workflows developed specifically for your business are licensed to you for use during the active service period.
We treat all client information, business rules, pricing, and proprietary data as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
AI agents are powerful tools but are not infallible. You acknowledge and agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Solutions VIP, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to make required payments. Upon termination, your access to any dashboards or agent configurations will be deactivated. You will retain copies of your knowledge base content upon request.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
